Team Management System (TMS) Team Management Profiling (TMP) (previously known as Work Preference Profiling) is one of the world’s leading psychometric profiling tools for personal, team and leadership development.
TMP is an ideal tool to assist in developing self-awareness and promoting personal development and growth, as well as developing communication and team work skills and awareness.
TMP is utilised in our coaching programmes, our TMP Short Course, and the Positive Workplaces Programme. TMP can also be integrated into our tailored programmes.
360 Feedback
TMS Linking Leader Profiling
The Linking Leader Profile (LLP) is a 360 degree feedback tool that identifies performance around fundamental people, task and leadership-related skills. The Profile provides a gap analysis of the extent to which the leader should and does demonstrate the key behaviours.
As part of a coaching or professional development programme, the gap analysis provides a quantitative support to the coaching process, helping guide the focus.
LLP is utilised in our coaching programmes, and can also be integrated into our tailored programmes.
Emotional Intelligence Testing
Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT)
Developed by the founders of the concept of Emotional Intelligence, Mayer and Salovey, with input from Caruso, the MSCEIT is an ability based measure of Emotional Intelligence. The test measures Emotional Intelligence through a series of questions and tests the participant's ability to perceive, use, understand, and regulate emotions.
MSCEIT is integrated into our Advanced Emotional Intelligence short course, and is utilised in our coaching programmes. MSCEIT can also be integrated into tailored programmes.
