Give yourself an edge with the skills and knowledge to manage the total project management life cycle. This qualification will equip you with the highly sought after project management suite of skills and knowledge. All aspects of project management are covered in this qualification, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risk, information, and integration.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. The job roles that relate to this qualification may include Project Manager and Project Team Leader.
Individuals in these roles have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives. They possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.
Participants will benefit from a holistic and comprehensive learning programme, designed to impart practical skills and knowledge. Training and assessment is practical, realistic and relevant, and directly applicable to any workplace and industry. Sessions are supported by learning materials, readings and intensive coaching and mentoring by facilitators, as well as online, email and phone support.
To complete the qualification, participants will undertake twelve (12) units. Eight (8) of these are compulsory or core units, and four (4) units shall be chosen from a group of elective units.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal pre-requisites for studying this qualification, but candidates should have the literacy and numeracy skills required to study at a diploma level. In order to successfully complete the qualification we recommend that candidates should meet one of the following conditions:

hold a Certificate IV or Certificate III;

have relevant vocational practice, without formal qualifications;

have other educational qualifications and some vocational experience.

Learning tools and methodology
