Leadership is one of the most important skills in organisational life.  Like many other skills, leadership skills can always be enhanced and improved. This short course allows participants to further develop their leadership skills and capacity. This course provides a comprehensive and practical approach to understanding leadership and developing effective leadership skills to improve morale, productivity and performance of staff and team members.
