Leadership is one of the most important skills in organisational life.  Like many other skills, leadership skills can always be enhanced and improved. This short course allows participants to further develop their leadership skills and capacity. This course provides a comprehensive and practical approach to understanding leadership and developing effective leadership skills to improve morale, productivity and performance of staff and team members.

Each role within the organisation requires leadership to succeed.  Everyone can benefit greatly by enhancing their leadership skills. It applies to all levels whether it is self-leadership, leading peers, coaching and mentoring, supervisory or management roles, through to high level organisational leadership. Better leadership skills will have a positive impact on not only our own motivation, self-awareness, morale and productivity, but also our interpersonal relations, communication, effectiveness, morale and productivity of those we work with.

This course is suitable for all staff at every level. It also acts as a helpful refresher or reset for experienced leaders. Those with leadership aspirations or potential, and those who play a significant leadership role will also benefit.
