The Australian Leadership Skills Centre is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO no. 32156), accredited to provide Australian recognised qualifications under the Australian Quality Framework. We deliver qualifications through coaching, classroom, online, distance and/or RPL methodologies, or a combination of these.

Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply substantial specialised knowledge and skills in the field of learning and capability development. In these roles they are required to generate and evaluate complex ideas, and to initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation.

The Graduate Diploma is an Australian accredited qualification and consists of three core units and five electives.
